By making a purchase from The Fulton Foundry, you are agreeing to the following terms:

No cash, check, or credit card refunds unless the item is damaged or defective. 

Items purchased from The Fulton Foundry may be exchanged for another item, or may be returned for in-store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

The original receipt of purchase is required in order to exchange or return any item and all tags must be attached in their original form.

Items must be unworn and undamaged.

All exchanges or returns MUST be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

The Fulton Foundry is not responsible for shipping costs, this includes return shipping.

All sale items are final.

No exchanges or returns on sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.
